Fresh whole wheat bread flour cold stone milled from organic wheat grown locally in the South. Flavorwise, this is our boldest and most complex bread flour. Great for whole-grain bread or any bread recipe that calls for whole wheat. Even a small percentage added will contribute flavor and tooth to any baked goods. When using Carolina Ground flour, we recommend increasing the hydration in your recipe. 

Our whole wheat bread flour is made from hard red winter wheat variety NuEast grown on certified organic acreage in Wake Forest, NC. Our whole wheat flour is cold stone milled, single pass.
