This bread flour is most similar in extraction to the flour one would find on a grocery store shelf, though our stone-ground version delivers more of a creamy color than white. This is a great substitution in recipes that call for a blend of whole wheat flour AND ‘white’ flour. When using Carolina Ground flour, we recommend increasing the hydration in your recipe.
