Our most refined bread flour offering a creamy color. We use this for breads, pizza, bagels, pasta. This is a great substitution in recipes that call for a blend of whole wheat flour AND ‘white’ flour. When using Carolina Ground flour, we recommend increasing the hydration in your recipe.
