A nutty, flavor-forward whole wheat pastry flour made from Shirley Soft Red Winter Wheat. for use in whole grain cookies, pie crusts, scones, biscuits, etc. Pairs well with warming spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger. When using Carolina Ground flour, we recommend increasing the hydration in your recipe. 

Grown locally on organic acreage in Manson, NC. Non-GMO, unbleached, unbromated, and without additives.
