Please join baker Keia Mastrianni of Milk Glass Pie in a workshop that brings her new zine Practice Makes Pie to life. In this workshop, students will make a mini blackberry pie with crumble topping. In this hands-on class, Keia will guide students in making a Carolina Ground Whole Spelt pie crust, blackberry filling and crumble. Additionally, Keia will demonstrate ways to utilize this pie dough for multiple pastries. 

Students will take home a mini fruit pie, a copy of the Practice Makes Pie zine, and a bag of Carolina Ground Whole Spelt Flour. 

Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
