1KG Millers Limited Run Wrens Rye Graham Flour. This flour was sifted off of a cracked rye— stones open, slow rotation, fast feed— which produced this high mineral, high ash, high nutrient, + lots of flavor flour. The application is most certainly a graham cracker and the flour comes with the recipe! Not necessarily recommended for bread or cookies really.. though maybe in your own kitchen you will find another great application… the graham crackers are super special.
