We are so thrilled to finally bring back buckwheat flour. Our buckwheat was grown in Virginia. No chemicals. Stone-milled on our baby Osttiroler mill (see photo), dehulled + run over screens resulting in a 70% extraction. Lovely in cakes, cookies, or crepes!
