Looking Glass Creamery will be here with their lovely cheeses and preserves which beautifully compliment the artisan breads available from Stonewall Bakery, Hominy Farm, and Honey Badger Bakes. Bridge and Tunnel will be here with their coffee truck, serving espresso drinks that pair wonderfully with the offering from Milk Glass Pie, Beeswax + Butter and WestFirst Bakehouse. French Broad Chocolate will be here with cocoa, chips, nibs, and batons for your baking needs, as well as bars, etc. Our very own, David Gate, will be here selling and signing his book. AND The Wild Violet (formerly Bryson Homestead) will be here with her botanically-dyed yarns, goat milk soaps, salves, and possibly some eggs as well. We will of course have a full array of freshly stone milled flours available along with Farm and Sparrow's cornmeal, polenta, grits, and a selection of some of favorite baking accoutrement, salts, honey, sorghum, books and more
