Join Carolina Ground,  Looking Glass Creamery , French Broad Chocolate, Honey Badger Bakes, Folk Saints, Stonewall Bakery, Beeswax + Butter, the Asheville Nuttery,  Le Bon Cafe, David Gate , as well as Sarah Owens, for a POP UP MARKET at Carolina Ground. 

Looking Glass Creamery's lovely cheeses and preserves beautifully compliment the artisan breads available from Stonewall Bakery and Honey Badger Bakes. Also in attendance: Beeswax + Butter, WestFirst Bakehouse, Folk Saints, and French Broad Chocolate who will have cocoa, chips, nibs, and batons for ones baking needs, as well as bars and gift sets because who doesn’t love chocolate! David Gate, will be selling and signing his book as well as James Beard Award winning cookbook author, Sarah Owens who will have books and her beautiful preserves for sale. Le Bon Cafe will have her coffee bus serving espresso drinks. The Asheville Nuttery will be bringing their Black walnut oil, Hickory oil, Black walnuts, hazelnuts, hickory milk, walnut cream, acorn flour, black walnut flour, and acorn/ buckwheat pancake mix. And of course Carolina Ground will have a full array of freshly stone milled flours available along with Farm and Sparrow's cornmeal, polenta, grits, and a selection of some of favorite baking accoutrement, salts, honey, sorghum, books and more!
