Tis the SEASON for all things baking + baked goods!! AND our HOLIDAY POPUP promises to deliver… Stonewall Bakery, WestFirst Bakehouse, Honey Badger Bakes and Ryette will offer a rich array of baked goods ranging from rustic sourdough and Nordic rye breads, bagels and buckwheat brownies to speculaas, gingerbread, and so much more. Folk Saints will have a wide selection of alfajores cookies as well as dulche de leche. Looking Glass Creamery is returning with their beautiful cheeses. French Broad Chocolate will be here selling hot chocolate by the cup as well as bars, gift sets, and they are very much hoping to have cocoa, chips, nibs, and batons to stock your pantry. We also have Bryson Homestead selling fiber crafts and soap and David Gate (one of our millers) here selling his book and posters. Le Bon Cafe’s coffee bus will be here serving esspresso drinks and chai. Farm and Sparrow is joining us with his corn products. And of course we will have a full selection of our flours for your holiday baking.
