Please join us in a culinary adventure with baker/chef Eli Je Bailey of Hominy Farm. For those of you who are familiar with Hominy Farm through farmers market and/or at our PopUp markets, you know that Eli brings his entire self to his bread-centric offerings, melding his Lebanese + Ashkenazi Jewish background with flavor-forward flours from Carolina Ground, in redefining what whole grain baking can look and taste like. Eli will be teaching flat breads as well as loaves, and he promises to bring a lovely spread of cheeses, dips, olives, etc, for a tasting element to accompany the breads.
