Our Light Rye, formerly called crema rye, is especially lovely in a pastry application. The name change is in an effort to embrace a more universal language when describing these flours. This silky and sublime flour imparts a luxurious texture while delivering a unique flavor. Try it in a pie crust or short bread pastry.
