The brunt of our grain is grown in North Carolina, on large-scale organic farms; we also draw from growers in surrounding SOUTHERN states. We've cultivated relationships with a pool of growers--from the far eastern section of NC to the Sandhills, and Western Piedmont, and outside of NC-- Northeast, Georgia, and Virginia to ensure we can secure a quality crop from year to year. We are proud to be working with growers Billy Carter, Roland Nash, Adam Sheridan, Brian Walden and Ben and Kenny Haines.
